Welcome to CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES. These Website Terms & Conditions govern the use of our nanny, babysitting, childcare, and on-demand childcare services across Cape Town, South Africa. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.<\/p>

1. Definitions<\/h1>

  • \u201cCompany\u201d refers to CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES.<\/p><\/li>

  • \u201cClient\u201d refers to any parent, guardian, individual, or organization booking childcare services.<\/p><\/li>

  • \u201cNanny\u201d refers to the caregiver assigned through CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES.<\/p><\/li>

  • \u201cServices\u201d refers to all childcare, babysitting, nanny placement, mobile childcare, mall childcare, hotel childcare, and event childcare services offered by the company.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Booking Policy<\/h1>

    2.1 All bookings are subject to nanny availability.<\/p>

    2.2 Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred dates and times.<\/p>

    2.3 Emergency or last-minute bookings may be accepted depending on availability.<\/p>

    2.4 A booking is only confirmed once payment or deposit requirements have been completed.<\/p>

    2.5 Clients must provide accurate booking information, including:<\/p>

    • Child\/children\u2019s ages<\/p><\/li>

    • Location<\/p><\/li>

    • Service duration<\/p><\/li>

    • Emergency contact details<\/p><\/li>

    • Special requirements or medical information<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Payment Terms<\/h1>

      3.1 Payment must be made before or at the start of the service unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

      3.2 CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES reserves the right to request deposits for advanced or extended bookings.<\/p>

      3.3 Late payments may result in cancellation of future services.<\/p>

      3.4 Additional charges may apply for:<\/p>

      • Overtime hours<\/p><\/li>

      • Public holidays<\/p><\/li>

      • Travel outside standard service areas<\/p><\/li>

      • Overnight childcare<\/p><\/li>

      • Special requests<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        3.5 Hourly packages begin from the agreed booking start time and continue until the completion of the service.<\/p>

        4. Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/h1>

        4.1 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking may qualify for rescheduling.<\/p>

        4.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may result in partial or full cancellation fees.<\/p>

        4.3 No refunds will be issued once childcare services have already commenced.<\/p>

        4.4 CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>

        5. Client Responsibilities<\/h1>

        5.1 Clients must provide a safe and suitable environment for the nanny and child.<\/p>

        5.2 Parents or guardians must remain reachable during the booking period.<\/p>

        5.3 Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral concerns, or special care requirements relating to the child.<\/p>

        5.4 Clients are responsible for providing necessary child-related items including:<\/p>

        • Food and snacks<\/p><\/li>

        • Diapers and wipes<\/p><\/li>

        • Medication (with clear instructions)<\/p><\/li>

        • Emergency contact information<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5.5 Children remain under the legal responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.<\/p>

          6. Nanny Services<\/h1>

          6.1 Our nannies provide childcare support including supervision, feeding assistance, play activities, homework assistance, and basic child-related care.<\/p>

          6.2 CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES does not permit nannies to:<\/p>

          • Administer medication without parental consent<\/p><\/li>

          • Perform unsafe tasks<\/p><\/li>

          • Transport children without prior agreement<\/p><\/li>

          • Provide services outside agreed childcare duties<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            6.3 Nannies are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times.<\/p>

            7. Mobile, Mall & Public Childcare Services<\/h1>

            7.1 CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES offers mobile and on-demand childcare services within agreed public spaces.<\/p>

            7.2 Parents or guardians must clearly communicate meeting points and collection arrangements.<\/p>

            7.3 Children may not be left in unsafe or unauthorized areas.<\/p>

            7.4 CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES reserves the right to refuse services in environments considered unsafe or unsuitable.<\/p>

            8. Health & Safety<\/h1>

            8.1 The health and safety of children remain our highest priority.<\/p>

            8.2 Clients must not book services if children have contagious illnesses without prior notice.<\/p>

            8.3 In the event of a medical emergency, CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES or the nanny may seek emergency assistance when necessary.<\/p>

            8.4 Clients authorize emergency medical treatment where immediate action is required.<\/p>

            9. Liability<\/h1>

            9.1 CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES takes reasonable care in screening and selecting professional caregivers.<\/p>

            9.2 While every effort is made to provide safe and professional childcare services, CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES shall not be held liable for:<\/p>

            • Injuries caused by pre-existing medical conditions<\/p><\/li>

            • Accidents beyond reasonable control<\/p><\/li>

            • Loss or damage of personal property<\/p><\/li>

            • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or emergencies<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              9.3 Clients agree to use the company\u2019s services at their own discretion.<\/p>

              10. Privacy & Confidentiality<\/h1>

              10.1 All personal information shared with CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES will be handled confidentially.<\/p>

              10.2 Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.<\/p>

              10.3 Clients agree not to misuse or distribute private information relating to CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES staff members.<\/p>

              11. Conduct & Respect<\/h1>

              11.1 CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward staff.<\/p>

              11.2 The company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if unsafe or disrespectful conditions arise.<\/p>

              12. Amendments<\/h1>

              CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.<\/p>

              13. Acceptance of Terms<\/h1>

              By booking or using services provided by CAPE CARE NANNY SERVICES, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>
